CILIPS is currently consulting its membership on updating the underpinning rules and regulations which govern our organisation. We have now extended the consultation period to ensure that everyone's views are heard. We are also planning two extra consultation meetings to take place in Aberdeen and the the East of Scotland.
The proposed changes are intended to:
• encourage more member engagement and involvement in CILIPS activities;
• ensure OSCR guidelines on good governance for charities are met;
• strengthen the relevance of CILIPS to all its members.

The member meetings are intended to help you understand the proposals and explore, discuss and ask questions about them with the CILIPS Working Group who developed the revised draft.
The meetings are free and the next one takes place on Monday 19th November at 4.30pm in Room H303,(3rd Floor) Faculty of Health and Social Care, Robert Gordon University, Garthdee Campus, Aberdeen.
